Easy Fit Guarantee
If you made a mistake measuring, we will replace the blinds/shade in colour and product type to the correct measurement), you just cover the shipping.
We're cover one replacement per one product, and up to six items per household per lifetime.
What isn’t included
To qualify for the Easy Fit Guarantee, first contact customer service, you will be asked to donate the mis-measured blinds to a registered charity within Canada, however high value items such as motors maybe required to be shipped back to Easy Blinds. Once you have provide proof donation, customer service will further assist you.
Can I get a refund?
As each blind is made-to-order, this guarantee does not allow for cash refunds.
