Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to Canada only.
  • No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses.
  • Address changes are not permitted once the product has been shipped.

Does Easy Blinds ship to territories?

We do not currently ship to 3 Territories

How long will my order take?

Delivery times are estimated based on normal production and shipping times. Delivery may take longer than expected if there are delays in production or shipping. We can't guarantee delivery by a certain date; however, we will try our best to get the product to you in time for your event.

Oversized Shipments

Orders for blinds with width more than 94" will be subject to an additional $100 charge. If we are unable to ship your order via land, you will be notified before any charges are made.

Split Deliveries

When you order several items, we usually ship your order as a whole to ensure one delivery fee and one delivery date.

Damage and Missing Parts

  • Please inspect the boxes and alert your driver to any damage. If you find damaged items, please do not discard the boxes. We highly encourage you to take pictures of the damage, as the carrier will likely require them to process your claim. Any damage needs to be noted on your Bill of Lading in order for a remake to be free of charge.
  • Product with minor damage may be acceptable for use and should be accepted and noted.
  • You have seven days from the date of delivery to report any unusable products for a remake.

Changes or cancellation to your order

We custom make all of our products to your exact specifications. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your decisions before you finalize your purchase. Below are some points about how we handle cancellations and changes:
  • Cancellations or changes to your order can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will refund your money.
  • Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any address changes.
  • We cannot refund any money or issue any credits if the cancellation or change occurs after this 24-hour period.
  • Occasionally, we may be delayed in processing and shipping your order. If a delay is expected, we'll contact you immediately.
  • At our discretion we reserve the right to decline any order

 

Back orders

We work hard to maintain an inventory of products, but occasionally an item is discontinued or becomes unavailable. We will notify you immediately if your order will be delayed, so you can cancel or change your order.

Customs and tax

No customs or duties will be charged when your Easy Blinds order arrives.
We collect sales tax as required by law, so the amount you pay will vary depending on your postal code. Any applicable taxes will be shown clearly at checkout.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after you place your order. If you have not received it within a few hours of placing your order, check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, please contact us.

Price Changes

We make every effort to give our customers the best prices available on the products we carry. Prices are subject to change without notice, so please process your order quickly to ensure that you receive current pricing.

Promotions

Promotional offers do not apply to sale items, swatches, bundles or gift cards unless otherwise noted and cannot be combined with other offers. Only one promotional code can be used per purchase.Easy Blinds shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Accuracy of Our Photos

The images of our products displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product delivered may vary slightly from those pictures. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device accurately reflects the colours. Therefore, your product may vary slightly from those images. This is why we recommend ordering a free sample so that you can see and feel the fabric up close.

When to order samples?

We highly recommend ordering samples. They are free and will help you to verify the actual colors and textures and get a feel for how they’ll look in your home space. Terms and condition apply for your Easy Warranty

Hardware or Screws?

Standard screws are included with all hardware, but depending on the type of concrete, metal or wood installation you are doing, you may need to purchase specifc screws from a hardware store.
